Initial Consultation

In 90 minutes on-site, Emily Webster walks through the home with you, looking and listening in equal measure. The conversation covers what is working and what is not, what you are drawn to and what you want to move away from, and what the home itself is asking for. It is an honest, considered conversation grounded in the space you are actually living in.

Within three business days, you receive a written summary of recommendations — specific, actionable, and prioritised — alongside a visual reference document that captures the direction discussed. These are tools you can take to a builder, a furniture supplier, or use to brief another trade. They are yours to keep and use however is most useful.

For many clients, the Initial Consultation is the beginning of a longer engagement. For others, it is exactly enough: a clear direction, clearly communicated, that they can act on themselves.

Who it is for

The Initial Consultation suits clients at any stage — those about to begin a renovation who want a design direction before committing to finishes, those who have recently moved and cannot quite make the space feel right, and those who have a furnished home that still feels unresolved. It is equally well-suited to a single room or an entire house.
