The Room Edit is a focused engagement centred on a single space. Emily Webster visits the home, spends time understanding the room and the way it is used, and develops a considered design direction — furniture placement, material and colour recommendations, styling approach, and specific product direction — that addresses what is actually needed rather than what is simply fashionable.
The deliverables include a written room plan and a sourcing guide with specific product recommendations at a range of price points. These are actionable documents: you can take them to a furniture retailer, pass them to a trade, or use them to make purchases yourself. There is no obligation to engage TSW beyond the edit itself.
For clients who find the Room Edit generates momentum, it frequently becomes the beginning of a broader engagement. But it works equally well as a standalone service — a single, considered intervention that makes a room, and often an entire home, feel different.
The Room Edit is most effective when the room in question has a clear boundary and a specific problem. A living room that feels underscaled. A main bedroom without a considered palette. A kitchen that has been renovated but not yet furnished or styled. These are the kinds of challenges the Room Edit is designed for.
It is less suited to rooms that require architectural changes or extensive construction — for those, a conversation about the Design Edit or Signature Styling Experience is the better starting point.

Common Questions
The on-site consultation runs for around 90 minutes. Your written design direction and sourcing guide are delivered within one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of the room.
No. The sourcing guide is yours to use however suits you, in full, in part, or as inspiration for pieces you find elsewhere. There is no obligation to purchase through TSW.
The Room Edit itself is a design direction only. If you would like TSW to manage sourcing and delivery, that can be arranged separately, with a 15% procurement margin disclosed upfront.
Multiple Room Edits can be booked for different spaces, or you may prefer the Design Edit, which considers several rooms together as a connected whole.
